Over the past year, inventory levels have risen slightly, up one aircraft from a year ago.  With the increase in inventory, average prices have seen a pullback to 14% less than that of a year ago. 700As are showing average days on market of 402 days. However, this is highly influenced by one aircraft that has been on the market for about three years since 2023. Other aircraft that are priced appropriately are selling quickly.  There's been a total of eight retail sales over the past 12 months, which represents 8.4% of the 95 700As in operation, which indicates that transaction volume is healthy.  Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently about 7.5 months of inventory on the market for sale.
