As of April 2026, the Praetor 500 market is exceptionally tight. With a total of 173 aircraft in operation, the fleet is primarily based in North America, with the United States holding the largest share at the 136 aircraft, or nearly 79%. The current market is characterized by critically low inventory for sale. Only one aircraft is currently for sale, representing a mere 0.6% of the in-operation fleet. While this single aircraft's asking price is listed as inquire, the average pre-owned asking prize for the model has historically trended in the high teens. The aircraft that is currently for sale was listed on the market 24 days ago, so that is the only data point that we have to work off of at the moment. A year ago, when there were more aircraft for sale, the average days on market was just over a hundred days. Despite low current pre-owned inventory, the market has been active. With new aircraft deliveries, 49 transactions have occurred over the past 12 months, with a very large percentage of those being new aircraft deliveries. As we evaluate the supply and demand trends, there is currently only about 1.7 months of inventory on the market. In terms of utilization and fleet activity stats, in the last year, the fleet recorded over 162,000 flights, with an average flight time of 1.6 hours. Utilization is highest in South America and the Northeast United States. In closing, the OEM backlog continues to help prop up the value of pre-owned Praetor 500s. Supply is tight, with less than two months of inventory for sale, making the Praetor 500 market solidly a seller's market.

This market is extremely tight, with no aircraft on the market for sale currently. A year ago, there were four aircraft on the market for sale, and those have all been sold. Throughout the course of the last year, the number of aircraft for sale oscillated between three to four aircraft for most of the year, until they were all sold at the end of 2025. As you would expect, aircraft are being sold at premium prices. The published average asking prices were generally in the upper teens for the most of last year. Praetor 500s sell at a relatively fast pace, when on the market typically 180 days or less on average. There have been 44 retail sales over the past 12 months, with a large percentage being new aircraft deliveries. The peak months for deliveries were June, September, November, and December. 15 deliveries occurred in November and December alone, resulting from year-end driven sales activity. Based on the fact that there are no aircraft currently for sale, there is a significant imbalance in the market which puts sellers in the driver's seat. In summary, this market is very strong, OEM backlog for new Praetor 500s is helping to prop up the pre-owned market.
