Sales pace has held steady at around 3.5 aircraft That brings absorption rate to 7.1 months, based on 34 pre-owned sales over the last 12 months. Overall this is a pretty flat and stable market. High transaction volume paid with steady inventory makes this a healthy market for both buyers and sellers a like. Days on market has lengthened, but that reflects buyers taking their time with steady options, not market that has stalled. Pricing has adjusted to meet this market, and deals keep getting done at a consistent pace.

Over the past year, inventory levels have increased, up 9 aircraft from a year ago. Prices have began to normalize to 6% less than that of a year ago. SLSs are selling at a slower pace than this time last year. The days on market have increased 34% to 163 days. Aircraft that are priced correctly are selling, indicated by 35 retail sales over the past 12 months, which represents 18% of the 194 SLSs in operation. Transaction volume IS healthy. In addition, eight of these transactions have occurred since the start of 2026. Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently about 10 months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, this market is active. Although prices have decreased slightly from a year ago, overall transaction volume is high, and inventory has decreased.
