Inventory levels have increased 13% from a year ago. But overall levels remain low at just 4.9%. In the short term, inventory decreased by three units from 20 to 17 since Q1. Prices are steady. The average asking price has only increased slightly since the same time last year. The days on market has decreased 15% from this time last year. However, the days on market has increased from 160 days to 194 days since Q1 of this year. There have been 78 retail sales over the past 12 months, but this does include both new and used deliveries. Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently 7 months of inventory on the market for sale. This reflects a big improvement since Q1. In summary, this market is strong, and pricing and demand remain healthy. Overall, I'd categorize the PC24 market as a seller's market and give it a B demand rating.
