Inventory levels decreased 7% from a year ago, and overall levels remain very low at just 3%. Prices are decreasing. The average asking price has decreased 4% since the same time last year. PC-12 NGXs are selling at a slower pace. The days-on-market has increased 39% from this time last year. There have been 94 retail sales over the past 12 months, but only 12 have occurred since the beginning of the year. The vintages of aircraft that have sold since the beginning of the year, range from 2021 to 2025 models. Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently between three and four months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, this market is strong. Aircraft are transacting consistently, and there's great liquidity in this market.
