Today we're breaking down the core market metrics to help owners, buyers, and corporate flight departments make informed decisions in the current environment. Let's start with a look at the current supply and pricing. There are currently nine. aircraft actively for sale globally, which represents just 2.1% of the total 421 in operation fleet. For those evaluating this inventory, the average asking price across available aircraft has increased 5% over the past 12 months, and aircraft are selling at a premium. In terms of transactional velocity, timing remains steady. The average time it takes for an available aircraft to transact to a new owner, the days on market, is currently 162 days. This reflects a highly calculated and methodical market where both buyers and sellers are taking the necessary time for thorough pre-purchase due diligence. Despite that patient pacing, transactional volume has remained resilient. Looking back at the historical trends, retail sales have seen a strong rhythm, averaging over 8 transactions per month over the past year, highlighted by a massive 24-aircraft peak this past December. It's worth noting that a large percentage of these aircraft are new aircraft deliveries from Embraer. This continuous buying activity has successfully maintained a balanced market, giving us an incredibly tight current absorption rate of around 2.8 months. In summary, this market remains highly resilient. Strong continuous demand for the Phenom 300E and the recently announced 300EV is propping up pre-owned values. This environment strictly leans towards a seller's market, and given the low inventory and swift, absorption rate, I would give it an A market demand rating.
