Days on market have increased to 333, continuing the rise from earlier this summer. Fewer listings haven't yet translated into a faster-moving market. Available inventory represents nine months of supply. That's lower than our previous update, reflecting fewer aircraft on offer, while recorded sales remain unchanged. Buyers still have time to compare. For sellers, cabin configuration, maintenance history, and equipment help explain what their aircraft offers. Features such as a side-facing seat, refreshment center, or belted lavatory can help buyers picture how it fits their plans. The Phenom 100E continues to appeal to owner-operators and buyers stepping into their first jet through its approachable ownership experience, thoughtful cockpit layout and efficient operation. So why is selling taking longer despite fewer listings? The sales pace hasn't strengthened enough to create greater urgency among buyers. Reduced competition helps owners, but slower activity and longer days on market support retaining our B Market Demand Rating. The opportunity is to connect the aircraft's ownership benefits with a competitive asking price and a clear reason to choose one particular 100E.

Buyer activity remains the strongest for well-maintained aircraft with upgraded avionics, desirable cabin configurations, updated connectivity, and strong maintenance pedigree. Aircraft that particularly stand out are those equipped with a side-facing seat and belted lavatory. The Phenom 100E continues to appeal to owner-operators and entry-level jet buyers because it offers an approachable ownership experience, operating ergonomics, and efficiency within a compact jet platform.
