In terms of transactional velocity, timing has lengthened year over year. The average time it takes for an available aircraft to transition to a new owner the days on market is currently 171 days. This reflects a highly calculated and methodical market where both buyers and sellers are taking the necessary time for thorough pre-purchase due diligence. Transactional volume is moderate. Looking back at historical trends, retail sales have been consistent, logging just under two transactions per month. The continuous buying activity has successfully maintained a balanced market, giving us a current absorption rate of seven months. In summary, this market remains balanced, but there are weakening inventory and pricing trends year over year that should be monitored. On a positive note, inventory has decreased by four units since Q2.

There's been 19 retail sales over the past 12 months and 6 of them transacted in December. No additional King Air 250s have transacted since the beginning of 2026. The vintages of the aircraft that have sold since December range from 2012 to 2020. Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently almost 10 months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, while inventory for sale is still in a strong position, that number has been increasing quickly, and prices are falling.
