 There's currently seven aircraft for sale, which is down 13% from a year ago. That rounds out to about 11% of the active fleet, which is slightly elevated, but not terrible.  Average ask has slid significantly. It's down 17% to 3.9 million. Average days on market sits at 422 days, which is over twice of what it was a year ago, up 104% year over year.  Overall, five total transactions in the last 12 months, That brings absorption 16.8 months, which is a softer market.  But it's not terribly soft. Overall, the HondaJet Elite is a great aircraft. The aircraft sitting are the ones adjusting price reactively instead of proactively. They're adjusting behind the market rather than in front of it. for those still anchored to where the Elite was priced 18 months ago, the days on market data tells the whole story. In this market, pricing, presentation, and buyer reach are critical to getting a deal done.
