Average asking is sitting around $3.4 million, down $478,000, or 13% from 12 months ago. The market is currently repricing to where buyers are, rather than where buyers were. There's just under one aircraft per month selling, or 11 total transactions over the last year. Days on market came in at 292 days. Here's what most people miss. That's down 8% from a year ago. correctly priced aircraft are selling faster now, not slower. That brings absorption rate to 22.8 months, meaning that if supply shut off the day, it would take just under two years for the current demand to absorb supply. Overall, this is a soft market.
