market UPDATE
Over the past 12 months, inventory has seen a modest increase with four additional aircraft entering the market. Over the same time period, pricing has increased approximately 4%. Days on market have improved significantly, down roughly 50% compared to this time last year. And transaction activity has remained strong, with 24 retail sales over the past 12 months. Two Hawker 900 XPs sold in December, with three additional sales occurring since the beginning of 2026. The recent vintage of aircraft sold ranged from 2007 to 2010. Based on current trends, the market remains well supported, so supply and demand are relatively balanced, with tightening conditions and efficient absorption across the segment. As with most Hawkers of this vintage, value continues to be heavily influenced by major inspection status, which remains a key differentiator between aircraft. The Hawker 900XP represents the final evolution of the Hawker line, with its upgraded engines and coast-to-coast capability continuing to support its relevance within today's market. Overall, the Hawker 900XP market is active in strengthening, with stable to improving pricing and continued transaction activity. I would characterize the market as balanced and tightening, and assign it an A-demand rating.
