The G700 and G800 market is as tight as it can get. There are currently no pre-owned aircraft available for sale, and there have been no retail pre-owned transactions over the past 12 months. With zero secondary market inventory, the eventual pre-owned pricing will carry a premium. The demand remains exceptionally strong with a much higher multi-year OEM backlog. If and when a pre-owned G700 or G800 gets listed for sale, it clearly will be a seller's market.
