The G700 and G800 market is about as tight as it gets. There are currently no pre-owned aircraft available for sale. With zero secondary market inventory, pricing is limited. It's being driven largely by factory delivery positions. Demand remains exceptionally strong, and owners are holding firm, rather than bringing aircraft to the pre-owned market. There are currently 111 G700s and 30 G800s in operation. Of the 49 G700 deliveries of last year, two were pre-owned, off-market sales, and of the 26. G800 deliveries of the last 12 months, one aircraft is considered a pre-owned sale, albeit a pass-through transaction that occurred shortly after factory delivery. Base pricing for the G700 is $84.9 million, with factory availability in the second half of 2028. The 800 base price is $80.4 million, with availability also extending well into 2028. Given the substantial backlog and zero pre-owned availability, the market demand is rated as an A. If and when a pre-owned G700 or G800 becomes available for sale, it will clearly be a seller's market, with premium pricing expected.
