falcon 900ex easy
Market SNAPSHOT

This market continues to tighten with inventory levels down 50% from a year ago. The average asking price has increased slightly over the past 12 months and 900X EASy's are selling at a slightly slower pace. The days on the market has increased 37% from this time last year and there have been 12 retail sales over the past 12 months. The vintages of retail aircraft that have sold over the last 12 months range from 2004 to 2010 models. Based on recent supply and demand trends, there's currently about five months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, although there has been no material change in asking prices, this market remains very active and stable. Aircraft with recent 2C or 4C inspections are selling at a premium due to parts component availability, ever-present corrosion issues, and significant landing gear overhaul backlogs. Supply and demand are balanced and in alignment. Although I'd categorize the Falcon 900EX EASy Market as a sell seller's market with recent major C inspections and a buyer's market for aircraft with a 2C or 4C coming due in the next three years or less.

As a seller's market, if you have recent major C checks, and a buyer's market for aircraft with 2 or 4C coming due in the next three years or less. I still give the 900EX easy market a balanced A plus demand rating.

The Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy represents a pivotal modernization of the legendary 900 series, distinguished by its transition to a revolutionary point-and-click flight deck that significantly enhances situational awareness and pilot efficiency. By pairing this advanced technology with the proven safety and redundancy of a three-engine configuration, the aircraft excels at transcontinental and transoceanic missions, even when operating from shorter, more challenging airfields. Passengers are treated to the signature wide-body Falcon cabin, which is organized into three distinct living zones to support work, dining, and relaxation in a whisper-quiet, stand-up environment. For buyers in the pre-owned market, the 900EX EASy offers an exceptional value proposition, providing modern navigation capabilities and global reach at a competitive acquisition cost. Supported by a robust global maintenance network and the potential for continued avionics upgrades, it remains a highly relevant and prestigious choice for long-haul business travel.
