This market continues to tighten with inventory levels down 56% from a year ago, although the average asking price has still decreased 14% over the last 12 months, and 900EXs are selling at a slightly faster pace. Days on the market has also decreased 13% from this time last year, and there have been 21 retail sales over the past 12 months. When the vintages of aircraft that have sold over the last 12 months range from 1997 to 2001 models. Based on recent supply and demand trends, there's currently about four months worth of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, although there have been a decrease in asking prices, this market is very active and stable. Aircraft with Elite II avionics upgrades and recent IIC or IVC inspections are selling at a premium due to parts and component availability, ever-present corrosion issues, and significant landing gear overhaul backlogs. Supply and demand are balanced and in alignment. Although, I'd categorize the 900EX market as a setback. A seller's market with recent major sea checks, and a buyer's market with aircraft with a two or four sea coming due in the next three years or less.

The market continues to tighten with inventory levels down 50% from a year ago. The average asking price has decreased 11% over the past 12 months, and the 900 EXs are selling at a faster pace. Days on the market has also decreased 52% from this time last year. There have been 18 retail sales over the past 12 months, and the vintages of the aircraft sold have ranged from 1997 to 2001 models. Based on recent supply and demand trends, there's currently about six months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, although there has been a decrease in asking prices, this market is very active and stable. Aircraft with Elite 2, avionics upgrades, and recent 2C or 4C inspections are selling at a premium due to parts in component availability, ever present corrosion issues, and significant landing gear overhaul backlogs. The supply and demand are balanced and in alignment and overall I'd categorize the Falcon 900EX market as a seller's market with recent sea checks and a buyer's market for aircraft with a two or four C coming due in the next three years or less. I still give the 900EX market a balanced A demand rating.
