After a collegiate baseball career at Georgia College & State University, where he also earned a BBA in Business Marketing, Hans earned his Commercial Pilot license and instrument and multi-engine ratings while also playing professional baseball. Hans began his aviation career as an aircraft researcher before moving to Piper Aircraft in 2010. After a few years working in fleet sales and managing the North and South American Piper dealer network, he was promoted to Fleet Sales Director, where he gained experience and expertise working with both domestic and international government institutions, state and private universities, and large corporate flight training entities.
During his time at Piper Aircraft, Hans was responsible for managing the entire sales process including price negotiations, contract management and structure, and post-sale support. Between the years 2014 and 2024, Hans sold well over 1,500 aircraft, gained tremendous market share for Piper, and never had a customer leave Piper for a competitor during his tenure leading fleet sales for the company.
Now, as Regional Vice President at Holstein Aviation, Hans stands ready to help continue to produce consistent and exceptional results for his customers throughout the entirety of their aircraft transaction.
