This market has remained very strong with only 6 aircraft for sale, which is a 25% decrease from a year ago. A large percentage of the aircraft for sale are internationally registered, so U.S. registered aircraft are in short supply. As you would expect, prices for these aircraft are at a premium because of the two-year backlog for new aircraft. Phenom 300Es are continuing to sell at a fast pace, with 78 retail sales over the past year. Surprisingly, the days-on-market has increased by 45% from this time last year as the market attempts to determine how much of a premium price should be paid for pre-owned aircraft. So prices for these aircraft are still at a premium level, but it's taking longer to achieve those prices. The peak sales months were March, May, September, and December. With 18 retail transactions occurring in December alone. Seven Phenom 300Es have transacted since the beginning of 2026. Based on recent supply and demand trends, there is currently about two months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, this market is tight. OEM backlog for the new Phenom 300E's is helping to prop up the pre-owned Phenom 300E market. Supply is short, especially for U.S. registered aircraft.
