And pricing has decreased 29% year-over-year, reflecting a softer pricing environment.  Days on market have improved, indicating more efficient execution. And transaction activity has remained active, with 16 retail sales over the past 12 months, reinforcing continued engagement in the segment.  Three Hawker 850XP's sold in December, with four additional sales occurring since the beginning of 2026. The recent vintages of aircraft sold range from 2006 to 2009.  Based on current trends, the market is supported by a reduced inventory environment, so supply and demand are relatively balanced, with steady buyer engagement driving a healthy pace of absorption.  As with most Hawkers of this vintage, value continues to be heavily influenced by major inspection status, which remains a key differentiator between aircraft.  The Hawker 850XP continues to be a well-regarded platform within the Hawker product line, with its combination of winglets, ProLine 21 avionics, and overall capability supporting its continued relevance in today's market.  Overall, the market remains active, with a more value-driven pricing environment and consistent transaction activity. I would assign the Hawker 850XP a B+ demand rating.
