Over the past 12 months, inventory in the Citation CJ1+ market has trended down, tightening supply compared to this time last year. Pricing has remained relatively stable, with only modest adjustments as the market continues to absorb available aircraft. Days on market have increased, now sitting roughly 39% higher than one year ago. Even with that shift, transaction activity has remain consistent with 15 retail sales over the past 12 months. Since the start of 2026, there have been three additional completed transactions, spanning 2006 to 2008 model-year aircraft. Based on current supply and demand trends, the segment is carrying about eight months of inventory, pointing to a relatively tight market where well-positioned aircraft continue to transact. What we're seeing in this segment is that buyers remain focused on overall condition, maintenance history, and engine program participation. On the avionics side, the CJ1+ already benefits from more modern baseline equipment, but aircraft with updated connectivity and refined interiors are seeing the strongest engagement. In summary, this market is competitive. The CJ1+ platform continues to perform well. It's a proven, efficient light jet with a broad buyer base and long-term OEM support. The underlying demand is what's sustaining transaction activity. What we're seeing now is straightforward. Well-positioned aircraft continue to transact and buyers are ready to move when the aircraft checks the right boxes.
This market is stable, with the inventory levels unchanged from one year ago. Prices are up. Overall increasing at about $12,000 higher asking price over the past year. CJ1+'s are selling at a slightly slower pace than this time last year, with newer models selling slightly more quickly. The days on market have also increased 43% from this time last year. There have been 16 retail sales over the past 12 months, with 2 of them occurring in December. Three additional CJ1+'s have sold since the beginning of 2026. The vintages of the aircraft that have sold since the beginning of December range from 2006 to 2008 models. Based on the recent supply and demand trends, there's currently 8 months of inventory on the market for sale. In summary, this market is steady. The CJ1+ continues to benefit from a strong heritage of aircraft and excellent OEM support. Supply and demand are aligning.
