Days on market have actually improved meaningfully. Currently we're at 127 days, down 104 days from a year ago. That's an 82% improvement. That's the bright spot in this market. The aircraft that are selling are moving faster than they were 12 months ago. Inventory is moving quite well. On volume, five total retail transactions over the past 12 months, which is about 10% of the fleet over the past year. Vintages of aircraft that have sold span from 1993 to 1995. The 6013R is a thin market, but the demand signal is strong. Days on market have cut by more than 80%, which tells you that buyers are engaged and moving when the right aircraft becomes available. Inventory has ticked up, but on a fleet this small, that's a relative shift. There's still only five aircraft to choose from, and active buyers don't have many options. If you're considering selling, this is a more favorable environment than the raw numbers suggest. Motivated buyers and limited supply is a good combination for a well-positioned seller.

At this rate, there's enough inventory to supply the market for just over a year, about 15.2 months. Overall, the market is strong. We've seen a healthy transaction volume as well as stable inventory over the past year. Right now is a good time for sellers specifically to transact.
